Lasting solutions for
national requirements.

About us

DAMASEC Savunma ve Güvenlik Sistemleri LTD. ŞTİ. is a defence and security company that develops integrated, sustainable and country-specific solutions for national security requirements. Rather than positioning itself primarily as a direct manufacturer, DAMASEC's working model is built on bringing different operational needs, technologies, systems and competencies together under a single solution architecture.

The company follows a holistic approach covering technology transfer, system integration, strategic procurement, operational training, sustainment, banking and barter structuring, and long-term in-country capacity development. This structure focuses not only on supplying a system or a piece of equipment, but on enabling the user nation to operate, support and develop the related capability over the long term. This approach is also the core positioning set out in the company's corporate capability profile.

DAMASEC's main objective is to help partner nations acquire, localise, operate and sustainably maintain the systems they need in line with their national security requirements. Every project is shaped around the country's threat environment, geographical conditions, operational needs, existing infrastructure and long-term capacity goals.

An integrated approach to defence and security

DAMASEC sees defence and security not as a collection of independent products and services, but as an integrated operational structure in which different competencies work together. Needs ranging from defence systems and border security to the protection of critical infrastructure and risk assessment can be integrated according to project requirements. The company's competencies include solutions for government agencies, security organisations and strategic facilities, as well as protection approaches for airports, energy facilities, ports, public buildings and other critical infrastructure.

DAMASEC's activities are grouped into 12 main areas: defence and security systems; technology transfer and local capability development; border security and SAR satellite-supported surveillance; platform modernisation and service-life extension; mine and unexploded ordnance clearance; EOD, IEDD and crisis response; geophysical survey, drone-based detection and data management; quality and project management; training and capacity development; logistics, strategic airlift and tactical supply; international operations and corporate compliance; and environment, occupational health and safety, and sustainability.

Technology transfer and local capability

A key element of DAMASEC's approach is not only supplying the required technology, but turning it into a sustainable capability within the country.

To this end, technology transfer is supported by training, system integration, maintenance and sustainment competence, spare-parts planning, lifecycle support and, where needed, local production models. The aim is to build a structure that reduces the user nation's external dependency and strengthens its long-term operational continuity.

Reconnaissance and surveillance UAV systems, country-specific mission architectures and the integration of different platforms are also addressed within this approach.

Border security and surveillance

DAMASEC develops multi-layered border security solutions based on the combined use of different sensors and data sources. SAR satellite imagery, UAVs, ground sensors, electro-optical systems, command centres and field elements can be integrated into a single border security architecture.

This structure can be configured for needs such as day-and-night surveillance, assessment of border movements, identification of high-risk areas, intelligence support for counter-smuggling, early warning, risk mapping and operational reporting.

Platform modernisation and sustainment

Adapting existing military platforms to changing operational requirements is also among DAMASEC's areas of work. Solution frameworks are developed for modernising communications, navigation, mission systems, electro-optics, avionics, power systems and command-and-control infrastructure on tanks, helicopters, armoured vehicles and other platforms.

Alongside modernisation, structural inspections, component renewal, testing, certification and sustainment processes aim to extend the operational service life of platforms.

Mine action, EOD and geophysical solutions

DAMASEC has comprehensive capabilities for detecting, assessing and clearing mine, UXO and explosive ordnance threats and for the safe handover of land. These include landmine clearance, unexploded ordnance clearance, underwater operations, clearance of former firing ranges and battlefields, manual and mechanical clearance, and clearance of ammunition depots and post-explosion hot spots.

EOD, conventional munitions disposal, IEDD, Counter-IED support and rapid-response operations in high-risk areas are also among the company's operational competencies.

In addition, DAMASEC carries out drone-based magnetic surveys, geophysical surveys, subsurface anomaly analysis, cave and tunnel detection, GIS mapping, field-data analysis and 2D/3D modelling. Its drone-based magnetic gradiometer system BULUCU is used for UXO search, utility detection and archaeological surveys.

Training and capacity development

For DAMASEC, the sustainability of a project does not end with the delivery of equipment or a system. Developing the people who will use, manage and sustain the system is an essential part of the solution.

Accordingly, DAMASEC provides military training, police and special forces training, EOD/UXO training, risk and security training, institutional capacity development, and command-and-control and decision-making training.

Logistics and strategic operational support

Operational logistics support covering personnel, equipment, materiel, transport and sustainment needs is provided to keep field operations running. DAMASEC's capability profile also covers strategic airlift, special operational air transport, tactical supply, performance-based logistics, rapid equipment procurement and the structuring of contract and payment models for strategic projects.

Within this structure, banking solutions, barter trade, payment structuring and the coordination of complex project financing can also be considered according to the needs of strategic projects.

International experience

DAMASEC follows a working model that enables field operations in different regions for public institutions, defence organisations and private-sector clients. Its corporate capability profile states that the company works with ministries of defence, interior authorities, security agencies and official state institutions.

Headquartered in Türkiye, DAMASEC operates across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), including post-conflict operating environments. This international approach requires project models that can be adapted to the legislation, operational needs and local conditions of different countries.

Quality, compliance and ethics

DAMASEC treats quality assurance, quality control, field inspection, documentation and safe handover processes as integral parts of project management in its operations and projects.

Its activities follow relevant international standards and principles, in particular ISO, TRACE and IMAS. Alongside the principles of ethics, transparency and corporate compliance, observing the laws, regulations and official procedures in force in the countries where it operates is part of the company's corporate approach.

Reducing environmental impact, occupational health and safety, managing risks before and after operations, and handing over cleared land in a documented and verifiable way are also core components of the company's sustainability approach.

Corporate registrations

DAMASEC has the corporate registrations required for defence and international procurement processes. The company's NATO NCAGE code is TF981 and its UNGM registration number is 396294.
